I was also surprised that the mascara came without protective packaging (well... that's understandable, we're fighting for the environment). However, there was not enough product, and after 2 weeks of use, dry clumps appeared, and overall, it felt like it had dried out. Yes, it does indeed beautifully color and lengthen the lashes, fulfilling its function. Unfortunately, the product only lasted for a month.

I received the mascara, and it appears to have already dried out. There was no protective film, so I can't even be sure if it's new.
